Shipping & Returns
1. Eligible Situations for Returns or Refunds
You may request a return or refund within 14 days of receiving your item, under the following circumstances:
A. Product Quality Issues
If the item has visible defects, stains, loose stitching, is substantially inconsistent with the product description, or if the material composition (e.g., 100% Cashmere) is significantly inconsistent.
B. Incorrect or Incomplete Shipment
If the delivered item differs from your order or if parts/accessories are missing.
C. Size Exchange (If supported)
If the size does not fit. Items must be unused, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging intact.
Important: Evidence Required for All Requests
To protect both parties and ensure a fair assessment, especially for high-value cashmere products, the following evidence is mandatory for all after-sales requests:
1.1 Complete Unboxing Video
The video must start with the unopened shipping package, clearly showing the shipping label. It must record the entire unboxing process continuously, without any cuts or pauses, until all details of the item are fully visible.
1.2.Close-up Photos/Videos of the Issue
Clear images or video that specifically show the problem (e.g., defect, stain, inconsistency).
·Special Note
Requests lacking an unboxing video, or with videos that are incomplete or unclear, may be rejected due to insufficient evidence. We strongly recommend recording an unboxing video for every order.
2.Non-Returnable Situations
Returns will not be accepted under the following conditions:
·Used, Altered, or Damaged Goods: Products that show signs of wear, have been washed (including damage from improper care such as machine washing, tumble drying, or use of fabric softener), stained, or otherwise damaged by the customer.
·Missing Tags or Packaging: Any item returned without its original tags, anti-counterfeit labels, or with damaged original packaging.
·Final Sale Items: Merchandise clearly marked as final sale, clearance, or non-returnable at the time of purchase.
·Late Returns: Requests initiated after the 14-day return window from the delivery date.
·Damage caused by failure to follow the provided cashmere care instructions.
3. Return Shipping Fees
·For quality issues or our error (incorrect item):
We will cover the return shipping costs. We will provide a prepaid return shipping label or reimburse reasonable shipping fees.
·For returns due to personal reasons (e.g., wrong size):
The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the return package is delivered to us.
4. Refund Process
·Once we receive the returned item and inspect it to confirm it meets our return conditions, we will process the refund to your original payment method within 3-7 business days.
·Please note: For returns due to personal reasons, the original shipping cost (if any) is non-refundable.
